The ERNA platform is a browser-based, WebRTC app. It runs directly in Chrome or Safari and can be added to your home screen like a native app — there is no separate Android or iPhone app to download. Requesting agencies, equipment partners, and dispatch operations across the US, Canada, and Mexico all work from the same live inventory, each from a dashboard built for their job.

No app store listing, no separate build for Android or iPhone. ERNA runs as a WebRTC-based web app in your phone's browser, and installs to your home screen in a couple of taps — it then opens full-screen, like any other app icon.

Partner marketplace
List what you have. Get paid when it deploys.
Large vendors and independent operators in any of the three countries list equipment they own, currently operate, or could source — generators, ambulances, ALS/BLS medical kits — set their own availability and rate, and get matched to paid deployments when a declaration creates demand.

Partner structure
Two ways to be a partner.
This is the same independent-operator / fleet-company distinction used across trucking, franchising, and private EMS — applied to every equipment category ERNA carries, not just ambulances.
Independent operator
One owner, one operator — a single unit (an ambulance, a generator) owned and run by the person who lists it. Common in EMS, trucking, and equipment rental.

- Typically one to a few units
Partner company
A fleet operator — private EMS companies, generator rental firms, and similar businesses that list multiple units under one company account.
- Lists under a company name
- Multiple units, possibly multiple capability categories
- May have dedicated account management
Every partner listing carries this classification — independent operator or partner company, with company name where applicable — visible to requesting agencies matched to that partner.
The mix between the two shifts by design. Early in a response, independent operators carry most of the load for dynamic control and lower cost; partner companies take on more of it as an emergency sustains. See the full phased model by country.

Where partner capacity exists, by capability.
Coverage is network-wide and changes as partners join. The partners actually offered for a specific request depend on that request's country, capability, and the requesting account's access tier — this view is a coverage overview, not a live partner directory.

Partner counts aren't published here since they change as the network grows and differ by customer contract and region. Requesting agencies see live, request-specific matches in their dashboard; prospective partners can ask what coverage looks like in their region when they apply.
